I don’t know about you, but I *totally* count diaper changing as an exercise.
When you first have a baby, you change the diaper carefully and precisely. Your little one is lying on a changing pad or a diaper-changing table. You have all your supplies at hand. No ruckus, no trouble.
Later, it all changes.
